I made these today for Thanksgiving in Baltimore my home town but now live in Virginia. I assume you saw the article this week about the trans-fats in the classic store bought version. For the icing I melted vegan chocolate chips and put on top. Need to put in the fridge after applying. I'm glad you like them! I did see that ridiculous article. The part where he describes their attempts as awful was particularly funny. You must not be trying hard enough man!
